The management of employee resistance is an important aspect of information\nsystem implementation, the resistance of employees relates to successfully\nimplement systems or not. In our research, we first defined information system\nresistance, and analyzed the reasons of systems resistance from systems,\norganizations, as well as personal perspectives. Based on this, we then propose\nthe appropriate human resources management proposals, eventually matching\nthe various elements in human resources management, improving the success\npossibility of system implementation.
